This Privacy Policy explains how WeMobile Urban Wheelz Cargo B.V. ("Urban Wheelz", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit urbanwheelzcargo.com or contact us through it. We are the data controller for this processing.

1. What data we collect
Data you give us (contact form). When you send us a message we process your name, email address, and optionally your city, your selected area of interest, and the message you write. We also record that you agreed to this Privacy Policy.
Data collected automatically (analytics — only with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies, we collect information about your visit such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Security data (spam protection). Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots. It processes technical signals from your browser (including your IP address and interaction data) to score the request. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (including IP address and request data) for security and to keep the site running.

3. Who we share data with (processors)
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Brevo (Brevo SAS, France — EU) — delivers the email notification of your enquiry.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — Turnstile spam protection on the contact form.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd, with Google LLC, USA) — Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console, only after you consent to analytics.
- Savvii (Netherlands — EU) — managed VPS hosting; Beyond Hosting administers the server on our behalf.
We self-host our website fonts, so no font data is shared with third parties (e.g. Google Fonts).
4. International transfers
Brevo and Savvii process data within the EU. Google and Cloudflare may process data in the United States; where they do, transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries: kept while we handle your request and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless it becomes part of an ongoing customer relationship. Then deleted.
- Analytics: retained per our Google Analytics settings (14 months).
- Server logs: kept for a short rolling period for security.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing before withdrawal). To exercise these rights, email info@urbanwheelzcargo.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
7. Security
We use HTTPS across the site, restrict access to enquiry data, and work with
reputable EU-based processors. Administrator accounts require two-factor
authentication. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take
appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. To
report a security issue, see /.well-known/security.txt at the root of this
domain.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version.
